Advice for new clients
Ansley Animal Clinic is accepting new clients. Space is limited, so it takes a little preparation before we get to meet you. To ensure availability for all clients, Ansley Animal Clinic requires a credit card to secure an appointment. If you miss the appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a $50 fee will be charged.
We look forward to meeting you and your pet(s). And we recognize that everyone’s time is valuable. So, we ask that you provide a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason. Each time a patient misses an appointment without providing proper notice, another patient is prevented from receiving care.
We schedule new clients by phone call only. Please call us at 404-873-1786 to schedule.
Please download and complete the New Client form and email it to email@example.com. Or, you can print the form, complete it by hand and fax it to 404-873-1055. One of our receptionists will contact you to confirm the appointment. Thank you.
